All layers are within the Shape Layer 1. Small rectangle in the graphic (Rectangle 2 in the time line) is representing the door of a house. It is not white color because in the drop down menu next to Rectangle 2, it is taking Normal value. But when I change it to Luminosity value door is taken white color.

This is my work. But in the tutorial without changing Normal value to Luminosity value door is taken white color.

Is it possible withing the single Shape Layer 1, where door layer is coming on the top of brown color layer?

The blend modes of each of your Fills are set to "Darken." Switch those both to "Normal" and see if everything looks proper.
