Solid option missing

I don't have the possibility to create a Solid because below Level/New haven’t that option.

How I add it on my Adobe After Effects?

I have the Version 15.1.2

My After Effects is in Italian Language. The "Solido" (Solid) option is missing.

Try the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmnd + y

it appears the App translation is "Tinta unita". choose that.
