Some of my layers import with "Alpha Ignored"

So, I'm importing layers from Toon Boom Harmony into After Effects for compositing. All the layers have the exact-same export settings. Regardless, 3 of the 11 layers import with "Alpha Ignored" while the rest are "Premultiplied." I've tried changing the file type for one of the layers just to test, and it still loads in with "Alpha Ignored". Is there a way to force Premultiplied imports in AE or some other kind of workaround, because I don't think the issue is in the settings for Toon Boom since all the export settings for all layers are the same.

I don't really know how helpful the TB screenshot is, but you can at least see the file type I'm working with.

ProRes is all kinds of buggy. The rest we can't know. Your screenshots are useless because you don't show actual imagery. My gut feeling tells me that TB is probably using some custom blending math that doesn't even generate a clean Alpha in the first place, but of course that's just conjecture.
