Something wrong with my Pen tool

I am not sure whether it is the update or the pen tool looks a bit different. Before this,I can change the linewhen i make a curve using the pen tool. But recently, I am unable to do so because the adjustment line that usually appear when i make a curve line seems to be missing. 

If anyone can explain how to fix this, i really appreciate it.

Start by checking your composition/ layer panel's viewing options from the flyout menu. Anything beyond that will require much more specific info about your settings, your system and so on.

There are two types of paths Bezier and Rotobezier. Check the toolbar. You have a rotobezier path. You can change it to Bezier by going to Layer/Masks and Paths/ and unchecking Rotobezier.

Thank you, it finally work! I did just like you instructed and unchecked the Rotobezier. Looks like I have to learn more about masking and shape layer after this. Thanks once again.
