Hello,
i´ve got a special project for a client, a display existing out of to LED Monitors wich have NO wall function, 2 controllers
Each LED Display has a resolution of 1512 x 504, that means 3024x504 for my composition. (movie banner)
Now i need to export 2 separat movie-files, one for the right an one for the left device.
start-pixel left: x1,y1 start-pixel right: x505, y0
Starting both videos simultaneously should look like a video-wall.
So can i split my composition exactly half/half and export 2 movs?
Thank you for your ideas, Michael
Wrap your banner-comp into a new comp. Set the size of the new comp to 1512x504 and align the banner comp the way you need it: align left - export - align right - export. Or create two wrapper-comps - left, right - align everything and export them in a row.
I recommend the free-script: Move Anchor Point | BatchFrame.com
It will come in handy with things like that.
Also, you should have created your comp not as 1080, but in export resolution. Now you have to scale down everything, it must fit exac

You can also render your native comp, but use the Crop tools in the Render Queue to remove the unwanted content. You can add two Output Modules to the one Render Queue item, meaning the content is only rendered once in its entirety, but appropriate outputs are created simultaneously.
