Hello,
I can't seem to find an answer to this on the forums so here is my question:
I would like to have the start position of a keyframe connected to a null object. In this case it is a dollar bill. When the bill flies across the screen I want it to land on the "Your Business" box. The end keyframe needs to be connected to the "Your Business" box. The animation will loop. Here comes the tricky part: I want to move the bubble start and "Your Business" end keyframes, but have the animation still connected to the "Bubble" start position and the "Your Business" box part even though they moved. I could do it by hand for each frame, but that would be killer. Is there a different way to make this happen?
Here are some screenshots for reference:

You can split the dollar layer once it's done moving and parent it to the second null.

What Dave said - simply use multiple layers. Typical beginner error - trying to do everything at once.

Assuming a correct understanding of what you're trying to do:...
Being that nulls are not visible it may not even be necessary to split the dollar bill layer.
You could just parent the null the dollar is parented to, to the orange box.
(I guessing the orange box is the "bubble" you keep referring to?)
Truth is it's a little hard to follow EXACTLY what your trying to do because of the unusual terminology you use describe what you're trying to do. This part specifically is difficult to understand:
"I want to move the bubble start and "Your Business" end keyframes, but have the animation still connected to the "Bubble" start position and the "Your Business" box part even though they moved."
All this talk about attaching keyframes to things and vica versa makes no sense. Maybe you're talking about parenting?
You're lacking the application vocabulary to describe what you're trying to do.
This is a common problem when people jump right into AE without any proper training.
