In any layer if you go to position or other properties you can set up a stop watch where is you original movement starts and ends. Also you can do it for audio.

Is it a stop watch for color corrections (levels, vurves)? If I need to correct a color for few frames only can I set up a stop watch where it is start and ends on a layer?

Thanks,

That's your Effect Controls pane.  You'll see the little stopwatches.  Play around with the effects to learn how to use 'em.

When you want a color adjustment to stop, move forward one frame and hit the reset button.

Please spend some serious time studying the basics here: Learn & Support. The link is on the After Effects Product page. There are good tutorials for beginners and experienced users. Just poking around in the UI is a waste of your time.
