Stroke Option

You can notice this Stroke Option is with diagonal line. How to get it?

Simply double-click on it do define a default stroke for shape layers if you so desire.

By double clicking you choose a color but how to get the diagonal red line?

Hi, Double click on the word "Stroke" and a dropdown menu will appear.

Issue is why red color diagonal line. Also this in a tutorial not in my file but I can try with my file.
