I see that same Composition in the project panel. Is there a way to go into that Composition and swap out the image or do I need to somehow recreate that Composition?
If I’m understanding it correctly, any time you double-click a composition in the Project panel, it opens in the Composition and Timeline panels. So open it from the Project panel, then use the usual option-drag method to replace the PNG in the Timeline.
Now, if the PNG is used many times in the composition, or in many compositions, take care of it at a lower level so that you only have to replace it once: Select it in the Project panel, then choose File > Replace Footage > File, and select the new graphic. If the original image is replaced in the Project panel, all instances of it used in the project will update with the replacement image.

Thank you for taking the time to answer this question. So I attached a screen-shot to better explain...
The graphic that says "Modern Stoic Meditations" needs to be changed to a new logo but I want to keep all same "Saber" animation. That animated image is masked- labeled, "Main Logo Masks" (the bottom layer in the timeline). How to I swap out that graphic for another. Thank you!

Duplicate the composition in the project panel, replace the contents inside it and replace the duplicate comp.
