TrapCode Particular "After Effects error: 'File Cloud Sequence.mov" cannot be imported

I recently got Trapcode through a school discount and while some of the particles work, certain ones refuse to import such as Cloud Sequence and any of the Rock particles I always get the error seen in the second image. It previews in Trapcode fine, but once I click apply the error pops up. My school uses Trapcode 13 but I got the academic discount for 14. Both 13 and 14 present this error on After Effects CC 2015. Can anyone help?

I've cleared disk and media cache. Restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc

It might be the case that the Quicktime file they are using is one of the types that Adobe software no longer opens.

Since this is a third-party plugin, you should contact the vendor - Red Giant - for assistance.
