Trying to recreate this radiant holographic effect—how do I do it?

Hey does anyone those how can I recreate this holographic sun-ray effect around my subject in After Effects?

I'm working on an edit where I want an iridescent, holographic glow to radiate outward like sun rays but only around the subject, not affecting them directly. I found Chromawarp in Sapphire and played with Warp Amp & Frequency, but I'm struggling to refine the effect so it smoothly surrounds my subject without looking too distorted. maybe I should use displacement maps or radial blurs to achieve that fluid holographic light refraction? I remember seeing this effect and loving it, and l've noticed it appearing more in edits recently. I'd love to achieve it on my own, so if anyone has any tips or guidance, l'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Start by isolating the subject using masking or keying so the effect applies only to the background. Use CC Radial Blur to create sun-like beams that radiate outward. For the fluid, iridescent look, apply a displacement map using a grayscale texture like Fractal Noise. Add color using gradient overlays set to blending modes like Add or Screen, and fine-tune with Hue/Saturation to enhance the holographic feel. To blend the effect smoothly, feather the edges and use glow effects for added light. This combo gives you that clean, radiant, color-shifting glow around the subject without distorting them.
