Twitch Shake Effect: How To Re-Create

Hello,

I recently purchased the Twitch plugin for After Effects 2024 and was working through the different configurations in trying to recreate a specific shake/blur that I had seen in this YouTube Video (been trying to figure out for about a month but am new to AE) at around 5-11 seconds. I was wondering if anyone would be able to identify the specific settings that may have been used in the transition, or if there was anyone I could contact about such an inquiry. I attached a few screenshots as well near the frames of the shake, if its any help. If not, due to the wide array of customization possible, I completely understand.
