I doubt Video Copilot Twitch has a sync feature. Alternatively, I would recommend you have a try of Beat reactor of Boris FX.

It's a little hard to say without knowing exactly what you want to do. But essentially you'll need to

1. Set up twitch to do what you want in the "Enable," "Behaviour," and "Operator Controls" tabs. 
2. Select your audio layer
3. Animation > Keyframe Assistant > Convert Audio to Keyframes
4. Back on your Twitch layer drop the amount to 0, set a keyframe then create an expression
5. Pick whip the Amount to the keyframes in Left (or Right) Channel - whichever gives you the desired look.
