Unicode Characters

Hi there. 

I have a problem with my After Effects. I installed a plug-in from AE scripts called Puppettools. It worked fine but now I have this issue that when I launch it, This message pops up and it doesn't work. 

Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Have you opened a support ticket on aescripts?

Someone on here might be able to speculate on a possible cause but the script author would be the best person to ask. Also make sure you're running the latest version in case it's an issue they've already fixed.

Thank you. I really couldn't work out the issue. Seems to be the same when I re-installed After Effects and even an older version. I have logged a ticket on AEScripts. Thanks for your help.
