What/Where is the best resource to check release notes of all versions of After Effects?

Let's say I want to check the initial release version for a property or an expression in After Effects where can I get the information? I'm being lost in the sea of informations. For example if I want to know in which version of after effects introduced fromCompToSurface and valueAtTime expressions where should I search for those resources?

Long and short: They don't exist. This has always been AE's weak spot - incomplete help files and release notes. Layer space transforms were introduced in AE 6 and 6.5 and the same goes for valueAtTime(). this stuff has pretty much existed almost right from the start after expressions were introduced in AE 5.5.
