Zoom issue/help - after effects

does anyone have any insight about why zooms don't stay as previewed when rendering? For example, image one. I rendered in full and I had to play with the graph to get that view. Once I applied the same keyframes/graph to the next clip I got image two. Image one looks smooth and narrow. If I edit in quarter or third I get a preview of image one as well, but when it renders out since the setting as set to render out in best and full I get the final results of image two. Any help would be appreciated!
