New mesh deform instrument

Please add a new tool in AE that could deform the layer mesh by the vertices I set. Same as in Spine or Moho. Puppit tool doesn't quite do what I need it to do. It places polygons at its own discretion and you can't make sure that there is only one polygon between each point (as it is implemented in Spine).

Why not simply buy RevisionFX RE:Flex?

Unfortunately Re:flex doesn't really work best for me either. It works by masks, and a mask is a line or a closed contour whose vertices are connected sequentially. Because of this you can't make it so that from one vertex there are several lines to other vertices. That's why this plugin is not so flexible in work. Besides, it doesn't work very fast.
