Is Creative Suite 5.5 Region locked?
I have been able to source a sealed Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 boxed license.
The only issue is that it is in America and not the UK, will this cause any issue in running it or installing it?

no issue if the software is legal (which is a concern because the original purchaser would have had to never use it for the past 4-5 years it's been owned).
in addition, the license should be properly transferred to you and that probably isn't being done, Transfer an Adobe product license
