Mi unisco e segnalo anche io il mio totale disgusto per il rinnovo automatico di BEN 36 EURO estorto con l'inganno.

Rimango sconvolta dal fatto che non si possa gestire e annullare in autonomia l'abbonamento e che si debba necessariamente e unicamente telefonare a un call center. Per di più solo in inglese.

Perciò, a qualsiasi altro malcapitato toccherà la stessa sorte: armatevi di pazienza e contattate il call center. Preparatevi a parlare in inglese e a essere fermi, perché tenteranno comunque, nonostante tutto, ad appiopparvi qualcos'altro.

Complimenti davvero. Siete pessimi.

Calm down. This forum is for technical issues. Invoicing and account problems can’t be solved here.Toughmedia wanted to understand, that’s all. And he explained you his understanding problem.

One thing: you may write Italian or English, but do not mix up, because translation has a problem with mixed languages...

Again: did you settle your problem, or is there still an open issue? If you have an open issue, contact customer care. Contact Customer Care .

If you had and you have a case number and a remaining problem, I may be able to ask an Adobe staff member to look into the case and contact you.

Ciao Elisabetta. Thank you for sharing your frustration with the Call Center Support in this forum.

Where does the prize of 36 EUR come from? The students version is cheaper and the normal version is more expensive.

Please provide real informations/questions, so that the community can help.

    This morning I've cancelled my subscription and, despite of this, I already have received other mail where Adobe tells me that: "la fatturazione ha avuto esito negativo". How could it be possibile?
