How to use my original Lightroom 6 without buying it by the month?

I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 from a store to use on my desktop computer. Now when I try to find it to use it wants be to sign in Creative Cloud Desktop. Then it wants me to buy it again for so many dollars a month. I don't want to buy it again. I just want to be able to use the software that I bought from a store. I don't want to pay for it by the month for as long as I use it. This is not right to me that you have taken the software out of the stores. It is just another way of stealing our money by making us have to rent it by the month. Once I buy the software it should be all I have to pay. How do I get the software to work without having to purchase it again and have to login to Creative Cloud Desktop

I suggest the following steps-

1. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to wipe Lightroom-cc (the subscription version) AND the Creative Cloud Desktop App from your computer. (Have backups of your Catalog)

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html?PID=7221644

2. Download Lightroom 6 from this link  (it is a complete version of 6.14 to install)

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-previous-version-apps-download.html

3. Install v6.14 with your purchased v6 Serial Number. (Do NOT try to upgrade or update from 6.14- this will get you the subscription trial)

Adobe previously published a 'Help' article to convert Lr6-CC to Lr6-Standalone but all these links to this article now feed back to the unhelpful 'Help' start page.

Do you have the application installed on your computer? If so you may have to sign back into your Adobe account?  If so then you will have to sign back in.

If that was not done and registered your license then you should contact Adobe support.

Put your purchased disc in your drive and enter your serial number when asked
