Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I paid the £45 for a years subscription to lightroom mobile premium after my free trial. The money has left my bank but the LR account says subscription expired. Any thoughts?

After the latest update, the standard profiles are gone. There used to be many options such as Artistic, Modern, Vintage. Now the only ones left are the Film Inspired. Is this a bug or a choice? 

Key word search in relevance order gives the most relevant hits last.How to reproduce:1) Search for any known key word added in Light Room Classic.2) Choose search order "Relevance". Expected result: The most relevant search hits (images with the specified key word) should be first.Actual result: The least relevant search hits come first (even totally irrelevant images). There is no option to reverse the order.

Hello, I’m encountering a weird one here. I have Lightroom installed on my (work) laptop and was able to edit my photos until recently.I don’t know what changed but I can no longer edit photos, the settings are not loading and stay disabled.Here’s what I tried so far.Check Lightroom on my Mac Mini and iPad - no issues Signed out of Creative Cloud on my work laptop and signed back in - didn’t resolve the issue Uninstall and re-install Lightroom - didn’t resolve the issue Uninstall again, clear some of the stuff that remains on the disk (e.g. Library\Preferences\Adobe, removed the photo library etc..) and then re-install - didn’t resolve the issueHas anyone encountered the same issue?Thanks! Here’s the technical details from Lightroom on this laptop:Lightroom version: 9.5.1 arm64 [ 20260815-1945-84a45bf ] (Aug 15 2026)NGL Version: 1.43.0.5WF Version: 8.5 20b9f90VF Version: 1.0.164HIL Version: 40501CAI Version: adobe_api/1.66.1PH Version: 6.1.1Adobe GSDK Version: 1.4.0.213CR Version: 29.5

Thought I was the only one having this issue but then did research and looks like everyone has this problem.

Why is it so hard to find someone from Adobe to contact.  I was using Instagram to chat witht hem and then nothing has been said from them in a few days. I am trying to regain access to some lost files from an account that was closed down just a week ago.

I received an email saying my photos and presets will be deleted if I don't subscribe. I've been using the free version of Lightroom mobile for a long time, I don't understand why everything will be deleted? Shouldn't I be able to keep my photos and presets and still not have access to the premium features?

I’ve trouble shot so many things to try to fix it, but after this latest update, it’s not allowing me to import new photos

the program is like freeze i click every where and nothing happen can change the comand

Blur option is not showing my device 

i create masks and edit, but during exporting all my edits are gone and i get the raw picture exported as JPEG without edits

I keep getting the same Warning message when trying to export finished edited photos (even when I update all AI edits on an image): some images were rendered using low resolution AI generated content. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? 

Why not working blur mode in my lightroom 

I’m not able to copy/paste info text data (title, caption, location, etc.) like I was able to a couple months ago.  Previously, I was able to enter all general data into one photo > copy > gallery mode > select all/multiples > paste.  What is the procedure to copy/paste this info?  This is a crucial step in my sports photography workflow.  Thanks in advance.

looking for pictures in comment filter its hard now, example people comment leter B tho choose prints, and now in the main app, when I try to look only those pictures with comment B, shows only one pic, or nothing.

Hi Everyone...Recently, I moved over from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Desktop. I did this for a few reasons, but mostly because I wanted the freedom to fully work on my Lightroom and Photoshop files at home on my computer, or out and about on my iPad and everything would sync perfectly. Or at least that was my understanding of how it would work.In my current setup in Lightroom Desktop, I have my entire photo library (681gb of 1TB) synced to Adobes Cloud. I also have Lightroom Desktop store a copy of all originals on my local external hard drive (which is also then backed up to another hard drive via Apples Time Machine). My plan was that once my 1TB plan was nearly full, I would then begin to save older individual photo shoots locally, and keep only the keepers from that shoot in the cloud.Okay, so here comes what I have experienced...Editing the cloud based photos in Lightroom works pretty smooth. My issue arises when taking a photo in Lightroom and clicking to edit it in Photoshop

I am a headshot photographer.  I crop one headshot and then copy that shot and batch paste the other headshots.  I have been able to do this, as soon as I have uploaded my images into Lightroom, as the photos are syncing.  Recently I haven’t been able to do this.  I have to wait until all the images are totally synced to the Cloud.  If I don’t wait, the paste settings freeze (where the blue status bar stops half way and doesn’t move) and the paste setting have only affected a few images leaving the other images untouched.  I have to quit Lightroom to reset everything.  This is really frustrating and time consuming when I have a lot of team headshots to crop and edit.  Not sure why this has started happening recently?  Any ideas? 

Hi,I’m having a problem with Adobe Lightroom on Windows.Until recently, the AI Denoise feature worked very quickly for me — processing one nature/wildlife photo usually took only a few seconds.Now, the same process takes around 3–7 minutes per photo. What’s strange is that Lightroom often shows an estimated remaining time of only 9 seconds, but the actual processing continues for much longer.Nothing has changed in the way I use the feature, and I’m processing similar RAW files as before.Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this?I would especially like to know if this could be related to:GPU acceleration a recent Lightroom update NVIDIA/AMD graphics driver issues Lightroom cache or preferences Windows or GPU performance settingsI’m using Windows.Any advice on what settings I should check or how I can diagnose whether Lightroom is actually using my GPU for AI Denoise would be greatly appreciated.

Eksports images amd stacks them, hard tp see wich ones are the ones i just eksported.
