Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this? 

When I go to suggested/recommended presets, nothing shows up. I am using the desktop version and updated to the latest version.

I was previously using Adobe Lightroom mobile on my Motorola Moto G32 running on Android 12. I did factory reset on my phone now I am unable to install it. It says "This version is not compatible with your device". Please advise  

I want to share a photo directly to WhatsApp or wherever but I am unable to because  I can’t even export as either.  this is on Lightroom mobile on the iPhone

Won't analyze photos, no filters show up. This seems like a problem other people are also having. Should we not be getting everything we have paid for?

Why the AI Suggestion stopped working, but the mobile version is working properly? I have tried to reinstall the desktop lightroom, but the issue persisted.

This is my second time posting this bug months later as none of the comments were helpful. The only suggestion was to fully update Lightroom Cloud (I use cloud NOT classic) and upgrade my laptop. Both are fully upgraded.  I have been having an issue where when I copy a radial or linear mask and then attempt to paste it 3-5+ times, the entire app will freeze and I will have to restart it to be able to click anything/continue editing. This is frustrating as I just bought a really intense Macbook to make sure my editing (M4 Pro 48 GB memory) was as quick and seamless as possible. It’s that what is seemingly a bug is getting in my way with every shoot I do (I am very high volume, so this is really getting in my way). Ik ontvang emails van Adobe met tips over Lightroom met een link “aan de slag”. Bijvoorbeeld (zie hieronder). De link brengt mij niet tot iets wat over Lensvervaging in Lightroom gaat. I used to get notifications about likes unter the bell icon, then I was able to tap them and view/edit the photo, convert likes into picks.Now nothing happens, whats the point if I can’t work with them anymore? 

I’m using a Samsung S25 Ultra with the latest version of Lightroom Mobile (version 11.2.3) on Android 16. I’ve ensured that no power-saving mode is enabled, and both auto-brightness and extra brightness are turned off. However, when I try to enable the HDR option in the histogram within Lightroom, it shows “HDR unavailable.” I’ve also restarted my device, but the issue still persists.The HDR works in other apps such as instagram, youtubeCould you please help me resolve this issue

No matter what I want to do in Lightroom, as soon as I click on something, I get a “No response” message for two minutes while the program freezes. When it seems to start working again, the same thing happens—it freezes at the first click. This happens at every move, no matter if just trying to open a menu or trying to use color grading etc. I would like to use it, after all, I pay for it, but no way currently. My Hardware is from 2026 with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and Intel Processor, so that should not be the problem (and LR Classic, Photoshop and all others working perfectly fine). Thank you very much.  

I edited a full resolution ProRAW 48mp dng file from the 1x main lens on my iPhone 17 Pro Max using the latest lightroom mobile for iOS on the latest version of iOS, using adobe neutral profile, and output it as JPEG. When viewing that JPEG file using my One Plus Open’s native gallery app, and the Google Photos app, it looks very different than when I use the same apps on my iPhone 17 Pro Max.  However, that same ProRAW dng file edited in lightroom mobile for android on my One Plus Open, using the exact same values and settings (adobe neutral profile, all adjustments etc..) as the lightroom mobile for iOS looked identical in viewing in my iPhone 17 Pro Max native photos app, and google photos app for iOS as it did when viewing in my One Plus Open using its default native photo app and google photos for android. Is there something different when it outputs/processed from lightroom mobile for iOS that’s making it look weird on the One Plus Open’s app?  It isn’t the display of the One Plu

Why does images I exported from Lightroom Mobile becomes less vibrant than the edited photos on the app? Do I have to change some settings?

Our latest release, as part of the Content Authenticity Initiative (https://contentauthenticity.org/), allows you to add content credentials to your work when exporting in Lightroom to ensure provenance and preserve authenticity.   New content credential capabilities are available across the Lightroom ecosystem (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for mobile (iOS & Android), Lightroom for web), and Adobe Camera Raw in Early Access. When exporting a JPEG from Lightroom, you can attach your name, social media handle, and a list of edits via a digital signature.   You can find the option to apply Content Credentials while exporting a JPEG in the export panel. It is, by default, turned OFF.

Bonjour à tous, je souhaite savoir si je neutralise la synchronisation de mon unique catalogue LrC principal qui est posée sur MacMini pour créer un nouveau catalogue LrC sur mon MacBook pour un voyage afin de déposer les photos dans ce nouveau catalogue temporaire le temps du voyage. Mettre en place pour ce catalogue voyage la synchronisation permettant de traiter le tri des photos du voyage. De retour à la maison fusion des catalogues par import du catalogue voyage dans le catalogue principal et remettre la synchronisation du catalogue principal en action.Ceci est il possible et sans aucun problème pour l’actuelle synchronisation qui est composée de plus de 30000 photos.Merci pour votre retour et aide.

I'm having an issue with lightroom on android, export won't work in any format besides “original" (in my case .orf raw) and neither will “save copy to device". “share" does work, but obviously not at full resolution.The error message returned is “Couldn't complete export"Everything synced, attempted with a variety of photos, attempted with album stored locally, cache cleared, app reinstalled, permissions checked with no luck.Android 13 with latest app version, any help would be appreciated.
