После загрузки программы, любая попытка работы в ней завершается появлением окна об отчёте ошибки Adobe.
После описания проблемы и отправки отчёта, программа закрыватся

You can uninstall it from the Creative Cloud app and then reinstall

If that doesn't help try using this tool
