Photoshop action stop&go in Batch
Dear Santa! 🙂
I always wanted to work like this:
- create an action...
- insert stop or some pause function
- do some painting with brush (on a mask for example)
- continue the action steps
And the most important thing!! >> It must be available in BATCH mode.
So the desirable outcome is:
- The batch process opens the first image...
- do this, do that...
- and than it stops >> wait for user paintbrush input...
- after that the user clicks on a button (continue or play)
- maybe some additional action steps
- the image save and close itself
- and THE BATCH PROCESS CONTINUES with the second, and the third... etc. pictures
Without the "batch" part it is a piece of cake >> you insert a stop >> the action stops... you do smthg and than you click on play again.
BUT!! If you do this on Batch!! The inserted stop action-step stops the BATCH PROCESS ALSO!!!
I tried FILE >> AUTOMATE >> BATCH in every possible way what i can imagine
i tried also >> FILE >> SCRIPTS >> IMAGE PROCESSOR in every way...
no luck yet.
It would be a huge work fastener and simplyfier if we could make it work!
Any ideas dear Santa?!?
