Question

How do I change font size and colour in PSE15 organizer

I have just had Windows10 installed on my new computer and find that I can't read the font in PSE15 Organizer.  It is OK in Editor.  The font is very pale and small and not clear enough to read.  Any help would be appreciated

That is typical of recent laptops with high definition displays. Since PSE13, the editor has a setting to double the size of the fonts for such displays. The organizer does not need that 200% option, since you can set the font size directly from the Windows preferences. Right click somewhere on a  blank part of your display and choose the display options. You can set the font size to 125 or 150% for instance. That setting also works for other applications which is generally the best choice.

That's also very common, since most displays are set much too bright for picture editing. That should not happen with a correctly calibrated display (with a hardware tool like Spyder, X-Rite or similar). You'll have to decrease the display luminosity until you are able to distinguish the different grey levels used to show:

    - real white: only checkboxes and panel separations

    - clear grey for thumbnail background when in 'detailed view' (switch from 'adaptative view' with shortcut Ctrl D)

    - middle grey for panels

    - middle grey for stacks or version sets thumbnails.

The color scheme is optimized for ergonomic viewing if correctly set for good editing conditions, which is rarely achieved with laptops. That explains you can't change the font colors.
