Photoshop Elements 10 had a De-Interlace filter which came
in very useful for cleaning up still images taken from video
Adobe removed de-interlace in Photoshop Elements 11.
If you copy the filter from PSE10 to PSE11, there is an error as
the filter is not registered properly.
Does PSE 18 have the de-interlace filter?
Thanks!
Yes pse 11 is 32 bit so the 64 bit Smart De-Interlacer filter won't work.
It works in pse 18, which is 64 bits.
I believe you can get the 32 bit version from here which should work in pse 11.

Pse 18 still hasn't got the De-Interlace filter back.
Which operating system are you using?
If your on a windows x64 bit system, then this 64 bit Smart De-Interlacer should work in ps

Of note though pse 18 doesn't have File>Import>Frame from Video like pse 10 and 11 did.

It is Windows 10 64bit, but PSE 11 is in c:\program files (x86)\Adobe. Does that mean PSE 11 is 32bit?
I put the filter in the plug-in folder, but it does not show up in PSE 11. Where is the correct place to
put the filter?
