Signing in with adobe ID to photoshop express ios is not working

When I try to sign into photoshop express on ios using my adobe ID I get the following message: "An error occurred while logging in. Please try again after some time". I have been getting the same message for days. I have the most up to date version of adobe express. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I tried deleting the app, restarting my iphone, and reinstalling the app. Neither of these worked. I have no problems with Creative Cloud or Lightroom.  Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue right now with Photoshop Express. How did you resolve your problem??

I'm having the same issue and I've tried finding a solution without any success though.
