21.2 Wacom Pen Pressure Bug (at the beginning of each stroke)

At the beginning of brush stroke, pen pressure lost for a second then come back to normal. So, every brush stroke I apply, I have a blob circle at the beginning of line instead of nice tapering. This happens me since 21.0 first release. Still having this problem with 21.2 update. I don't have this problem on 20. versions. 
I'm using latest MacOS, Cintiq 22 & Intuos Pro and everything is up to date.
