In the past 2 hours, I am trying to work! 

Premiere suddenly hangs and closes as soon as I open the premiere project file. And Its happening in various files. 

I checked the event viewer and all the crashing errors are point to mc_dec_hevc.dll. 

what is this and why is this happening all of a sudden? 

Processor: Intel i9-14900k

Motherboard: Z790 Aorus Elite Ax

Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070Ti

Installed Ram 64gb
