Premiere Pro window shortcuts keep getting deleted when changing keyboard input

When I change my keyboard input on mac from CSA to CA, the window shortcuts on premiere pro keep getting reset. I change my keyboard input sometimes because I need to type certain keys 

E.G. I assigned timelines window to Shift + 5 on CSA, then when i quit premiere pro then change to CA on mac & relaunch premiere, it gets reset to Shift + 2.

There's a thread around here, your question could be merged with that shortly. I'll look around for a link, otherwise have a look yourself, it's a now known issue.
