adobe premiere pro received bad network response

i have this problem when i try to transcribe sequence

i try to sign in and out from adobe creative cloud but nothing work

and try to allow the program in firewall but nothing work

is there a fix

You should have received a notification via the creative cloud desktop app within the last 6 months about the end of service date for the cloud based s2t service:

 

From the s2t help page (https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/speech-to-text.html)

For users running Premiere Pro 15.4, 22.0 or 22.1 

Effective February 7, 2023, Speech to Text is no longer supported on Premiere Pro 15.4, 22.0, and 22.1. Upgrade to the current version of Premiere Pro for full Speech

my license work i already check as i say

and check the firewall too

this product have to many problems

i have  first problem with  

stuck at loading quicktime host.prm

and now this problem

i hope u fix it in the next version

Yes, it was a problem of educational licenses, previously with educational licenses it was not allowed, now it's allowed

Same problem, grayed out, I tried uninstall-reinstall, I have an enterprise licenes and the app is set up on more then 50 computers and non of them has this feature enabled.

I did not go back through these speech to text FAQs. Are there spcial  issues that apply to enterprise? Another enterprise user asked a similar question yesterday.

Only other info I got was to check if other cloud services do not work (e.g. Team Projects). Otherwise, I think you may need to get in contact with support to troubleshoot.
