Imported presets not showing up in the presets tab while imported

I just started editing and i am trying to import a few presets but none of them are showing up, when i import them only the folders show up but the folders are completly empty. What seems to be the problem here? I would appriecate some help.

    Oh, got it. How do i install plugins?


    You buy them first then install.

    why dont my presets show in my preset folder in promiere pro. Can some one help.

    I'm having the same issue, the preset I use does not need any plugins but when I import it only the folder appears

        Lately this so-called issue has popped up.

        Do you have the effect/plugin installed that comes with the preset.

        Yes, i'm pretty sure i do, i have put them in the presets folder and still nothing shows up in premire pro.

        Presets need plugins installed.
