Hallo,
Problem:
Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

Sorry but we would need more information. In English this translates to "Displayed but out of function." which doesn't translate well. What exactly are you seeing when you import the CSV?

Hallo,

As I understand your situation, you are able to generate a SRT file, get it translated and now want to know how to import it. If that is correct, you can import the SRT file as you would other media (e.g. video, audio) and then drag it into a sequence. See the video below (in English though).

Dean, they are editing in Word, and he does not have the file in srt form. A common workflow problem that ends at this step with nowhere to go.
Andreas, here are some links where variations on this problem are discussed.
If your translator cannot easily redo this in a timecoded version, give me more specifics and perhaps we can find a workaround.
But the best option is:
Do not use the transcript. Create the captions, and export srt from there. If you try to use the transcript, you will have no deal with the transcript timecode; you cannot import an edited transcript back to the transcript tab.
Have the translator edit in the srt file. Do not use Word; while it is possible, they are more likely to introduce odd charcters.
The main problem is that the translator is likely to add an empty line, delete or modify some timecode, etc. But it may be easier to edit for those problems (before importing to PR) than to deal with other problems.

Hallo Stan,

> The srt was not stored anywhere when saving ...!
This usually indicates an empty caption. Delete/fix it and the srt export may work. If there is no file, I would look at the first caption.
I wonder if your filename is too long, but it should not create the problem you are seeing.
The srt export problem should not have anything to do with the preference settings.
I also don't understand why you are having the other problems.

Hallo Stan,

Andreas, I am glad you have had some success.
The diagonal lines are called danger stripes, but I have never seen them in captions and don't know how you could get them. Were these imported from an srt? You did some file moving, so it fits some of the conditions that can cause this in regular video clips:
I believe that once in the project, captions are saved in the project file. So I still don't understand this.
Be sure you are keeping backups of your project.
@Kevin-Monahan Any thoughts?
