And for the automatic AI editing, you're probably talking about AutoPod. It's a plugin that's already availabe. It's not AI pre se, it's just an automation tool. You tell it which speaker is on which video track and audio track, and it will look through the waveform and find the bits where each speaker has spoken and cut to his camera.
Be aware of what you stumble upon on social media, the vast majority are videos curated to bring in views and clicks, and they usually don't reflect the reality of the tools they're using.
