Text size for transcriptions and captions needs to be able to be enlarged

Upvote this thread. It's at the top-left. That helps to show people want this feature.

Just to make it obvious for anyone else wondering the same thing...

I agree that the maximum size could be even bigger.

There have been a lot of changes to implement the new caption workflow in PR 2021, speech to text transcription, and now text-based editing. And all along the way the User Interface has changed in small and LARGE ways!

But when you look down the images, you'll see that the selector for font size in the transcript/cation window used to be ABC in different sizes! And the documentation is not up to date.

It is in 23.4.0, and I think a version or so before.

It is a circle on a line, and has only 3 positions. The default is the middle, and on my 4K monitor, the larger size is a big improvement. But it is not as large as you might like. What do you see?
