My editing is extremely slow.  Copilot says "Your Lightroom editing feels slow because several well‑documented performance bottlenecks affect both Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Classic — and many of them match exactly what Adobe and other photographers are reporting right now."  How do I fix it?

Bonjour, Je formalise ma réclamation associée à un prélèvement qu’Adobe a effectué sur mon compte sans m’en informer pendant 4 mois.Pour le remboursement, la réponse a été negative parce qu’ils ne peuvent pas la faire après 15 jours. Sauf que ils m’ont facturé pour une IA Adobe que je n’avais pas demandée, qie je n’avais pas installé ni utilisé. Apparemment, quand tu fais un essai gratuit, ils vont t’ajouter cette fameuse assistante IA, qui doit être résiliée indépendamment.Bon courage aux usagers face à une entreprise abusive. Merci 

Can anyone help me I couldn't get any custom music to play on adobe video.

I have created lots of holiday journals in spark page and it looked like they came across into adobe express but I can't open any of them.it just says it couldn't convert the file and something went wrong.please tell me I haven't lost it all. Is there an email address for adobe support? Feels like they don't want you to contact them 

Olá, comunidade Adobe.Estou enfrentando um problema sério e preciso muito de ajuda. Adquiri legalmente o Adobe Acrobat XI há alguns anos, tenho a licença original e número de série válido, mas ao tentar reinstalar o programa no meu computador atual, não consigo mais ativá-lo. O sistema informa que o número de série não é mais reconhecido ou não pode ser validado. Sei que o Acrobat XI foi descontinuado, mas como cliente que pagou pela licença vitalícia, considero injusto não poder mais utilizar o produto. Entendo que os servidores de ativação foram desativados, mas gostaria de solicitar alguma solução alternativa da Adobe. Gostaria de saber se há possibilidade de: Uma ativação offline;Um desconto ou migração gratuita para uma versão mais recente (ex. Acrobat DC);Ou mesmo um reembolso parcial, caso não seja possível usar a licença. Reforço que possuo o número de série e posso fornecê-lo por mensagem privada, caso um representante da Adobe ou moderador solicite.&n

My Samsung Galaxy was registered as one of the devices that I downloaded LR Mobile the Samsung listed as one of the allowed devices stopped working.  Is there an option the remove the old cellphone designated as the secondary device and the add my new cell phone as the allowed second device?

Hello, Is there anything about Spark becoming available for Andriod and Windows? I think it is very mean not to knowing there are just as many android and windows users as there are iOS. If not, I need my membership fee adjusted since I am not able to use it.

It seems really counterintuitive for a social media video editing tool to not have 9:16 as an aspect ratio. PLEASE can this feature be added?!?

I'm just checking my projects to update some info and they dissapeared, I can find it on Adobe Express online only but it give me some errors like the background pics wont load so I cannot update anything... Please someone can help me...? We need to install a new App on iPad o iPhone or....? Thanks in advance

I can't access my projects created in Spark within Adobe Express. I have see other discussions where others have had the same issue. I am using the same account and browser. I logged out and back in just in case. Any help is appreciated

Hello, can anyone help me find how to recover my projects from adobe spark. now that it is now creative cloud express all the projects are gone.  

If your credit card expires and you don't update it before your subscription payment is due will you then lose all your files/work.  My credit card expired I then updated my account payment method with the new card but can't find any of my old work.   When clicking on "Go to prior files" I repeatedly get the message below

Hi, I was trying to expand my knowledge and download some new apps that Adobe has for ipad. I downloaded Adobe Spark and everytime i open it it won't go past the welcome screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and closed and opened and it doesnt seem to work. Every forum I look at says that the Spark apps are now Adobe Express, but i dont really want the graphic design portion of it and Adobe Spark is still available from the app store so I assume its still a valid app? Any help would be appreciated

Hi everyone. Need some help asap please. Never had any issues with Spark Page, but upon duplicating a template file I have, it comes up with the red cloud icon. How do I get around this? many thanks 

Spark video for iPhone Crashes/Closes/Restarts as soon as some editing is done to the presentation. Whenever I delete a slide or move a slide to a different position or do any edit operation spark video closes and reopens again.The edit does not succeed. There are no error messages and this issue happens in the spark mobile app project.
