Urgent Assistance Needed: Delayed Review and Upload of AI Generated Images

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,

 

I am seeking your assistance regarding a pressing issue I've been experiencing. Over the past 25 days, I have diligently uploaded approximately 300-400 AI-generated images and artworks to my Adobe account. However, I am yet to receive any updates or reviews on a single image. I kindly request that you review and upload these files as soon as possible.

I have invested a significant amount of time and dedication into creating and uploading these assets, and it is of utmost importance to me that they are reviewed and made available for use by other Adobe Stock users. Therefore, I kindly implore you to look into this matter urgently.

I understand that the review process can take time due to the volume of submissions, but the extended delay I have experienced is causing concern and frustration. I trust that the Adobe Stock team is doing its best to handle the workload, but I would greatly appreciate any assistance or expedited review you can provide.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I sincerely hope that my images can be reviewed and made available for use in the Adobe Stock marketplace as soon as possible. Your support and resolution of this issue are greatly appreciated.

    Review times vary depending on how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue. 

    If 100 contributors ahead of you have 300-400 assets as you do, it could be 1-3 months before yours reach review.  Work on other projects while you wait.  Everyone is in the same boat.

    Read some of the other posts here in the forum and you will see that review time is a frequent topic of discussion here. The huge influx of AI assets from contributors such as yourself who have uploaded hundreds at a time has created an enormous backlog, which as @Test Screen Name indicated, is now up to 2 months, perhaps even longer. There's nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient. Meanwhile, make sure that you have adhered to ALL of Adobe's requirements for Generative AI to prevent your assets from being immediately rejected once they reach the head of the review queue.

    There has been a great flood of AI generative images, and it has caused big delays. Adobe have introduced limits on how much work can be submitted, and this seems to have helped a bit, but AI generative images are running at 2-3 months typically. There is no way to speed this up, and no way to ask for an expedited review. (Everyone is in the same situation, so it wouldn't seem fair to allow people to request faster processing).
