accidentally downloaded premium asset, used almost all my credits and now cannot get a refund!
I have been a member of creative cloud and paid since 2015, a customer of stock since 2021 which i pay over 44$ a month for 10 images. I have never asked a refund for anything. Yesterday I accidentally downloaded a premium image. I did not realize it was premium, even if I remove it from the search BTW, and now I lost 67 credits for an image that I consider very average and was just using for filler. I contacted chat customer service, their answer was: "If you have purchased the premium image we could have helped you with the refund, but since it was exchanged with the standard images the changed can't be reversed."
what does that even mean?? I did not exchange anything.
I won't use the image and I want my 6+ months worth of credits back (67 credits).
I am a loyal customer but definately will no longer be if I don't get these credits back!
