From my testing, it is only sticky per session. Perhaps a script can achieve this, but I am not a scripter. I will tag scripters who can provide the answer. If they can write a script to change to Generative Expand, then you can use File > Scripts > Script Events Manager to run the script on Photoshop Event > Start Application.

"You have to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CC 2025, right? So how do you do it?!"
Above is the translation of a section of your post. Open the CC Desktop app, navigate to the Apps tab, locate Photoshop, click on the three dots as shown in the screenshot, and select Uninstall.

If you have installed Photoshop, try using Bridge as an organizer; it should come free with Photoshop.

It seems too complicated to explain here on the forum. It's usually a trial-and-error technique. Wait for someone to post a link to a tutorial if a similar one even exists.

I am not sure I understand your request. Let me try. If you want to match less saturated green with more saturated green, then use a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer clipped to the less saturated layer and drag the Saturation slider. If that doesn't work, try adjusting all three available sliders; most likely, Saturation and Lightness will do the trick.

You can rename a snapshot just like you would a layer; simply double-click on the snapshot name. You can use it even while recording Photoshop actions, but that can be cumbersome, of course. Each time, you must select Snapshot 1 and rename it; this can be a workaround in case you need it at any time.

A tiny one-pixel line? It can be resolved using various cloning tools or the Brush tool, just remember to frequently sample the nearby sky color when using the standard Brush and paint on a separate layer.

Not sure what you want to ask, but remember that you can use various options from the menu to modify the mask, such as filters and destructive adjustments like Levels and Curves.

As explained by @Trevor.Dennis, to edit a smart object layer, simply double-click on the SO thumbnail to enter editing mode in a separate tab. However, you won't have a "live preview" of the changes made. The only trick I know is to arrange two tabs using Window > Arrange > 2-up Vertical, and to save changes after modifying the Smart Object content by using File > Save to update changes and see the preview in the parent document.

It seems Photoshop is a little bit different; once swatches are loaded or saved then loaded, they will remain available to you regardless of the template or document in use. You can also save swatches in the Library and access them at any time.

If you still have problems, try using Image Processor Pro. Record actions to save each individual layer. Run a batch process and check the option to add a number, suffix, or prefix when exporting if you have layers with the same name. I haven't tested it, but it may work.

Can you provide a more detailed explanation of what's going on and what the actual problem is?
Your machine cannot handle all three apps running at the same time? Close any app that you are not using and run only one Adobe app at a time, with all other apps closed, including the browser, etc.
It may also be helpful to see your specs; you can copy and paste the content from Help > System Info.

Try right-clicking > Properties > Opens With > Change, then navigate to Photoshop. This method works for me on Windows 11 with Photoshop 26.2.
If you have the Beta version installed, it may default to Beta, as it typically defaults to the last installed version.

Create two shapes on two separate shape layers. Select both shape layers and use Layer > Combine Shapes > Subtract Front Shape. It worked for me. Photoshop 26.2.0 on Windows.
