The links panel indicates that the “Braverman-H84A0325.tif” and “Braverman-H84A0467.tif” are missing but the screenshot of the link you have attached is named “7.Braverman-H84A0325.tif”, so it is not the same file. Yes, I did that, and it still happened. I'm also having a problem with a nested style that should be a single character 3 line drop cap in a special font at the beginning of an article in a magazine, but insists on making it the wrong font followed by a character in the special font (but not dropped). I found a script that will do this. https://franciscomorales.org/2012/10/18/how-to-extract-highlighted-text-from-a-pdf-file/ I tested it on a document with 6 comments, of which 3 had replies. It broke the comments into tow groups, as shown below. The replies were grouped together, as opposed to being next to their original comment. But this is a start and I bet a scripter could work on the script to get it to do what you want. At least this way you wouldn't have to copy and paste each comment and reply individually. ... I'm in agreement that there is an issue with an override. Select the paragraph and Alt/Opt click on [None] in the Character Styles Panel, and then Alt/Opt click on Body or [Basic Paragraph] in the Paragraph Styles panel to remove all overrides. Then if your character style is assigned via Drop Caps & Nested Styles, a single click to assign the Paragraph style will take of it.
