If you only use Lightroom Classic, then use the Uninstall shortcut located in each of the folders you mention. The shortcut will launch the Creative Cloud App and give you an option to also delete the application preferences. The CC App will then begin the process of deleting the application. If the folders are empty. then just drag them to the trash

@Sameer K For information only. I am unable to reproduce the issue described above on 3 separate Mac computers (M1 Ultra, M3 Max and M3 MacBook Air). Each of the computers is running Sequoia 15.4.1.

@dj_paige The 1:1 preview issue described above is not the same issue that the op originally raised in the thread you refer to. That thread relates to Embedded Previews, although I acknowledge that the OP did also mention 1:1 in a later post.

Nobody is or ever has forced any customer to use Embedded Previews. If you don't like them, then choose Standard-size previews.

How are your photos stored - on an internal drive, direct connected external drive, NAS or cloud? Have you checked that the Lightroom catalog folder and its contents are excluded from your virus checker?

You'll need to provide more information re hardware, etc. Best approach is to provide a copy of the Lr 'System Info'. You can obtain this from the Help > System Info menu item. Note that the System Info dialog includes a Copy button at the top right corner. Pleasse use this to capture the info, then paste into your next forum post.

It would appear that you're trying to denoise an unsupported file format. Denoise doesn't work with jpeg, psd, tiff, etc. So, make sure you're trying to densoise a raw file, but check also that it's not one of Sony's compressed format files (i.e. Lossless compressed M and S) as these do not work.

@displaced7 The last paragraph of @johnrellis response above requested that you share a copy of the LrC System Info file. The information contained within System Info can be very helpful when trying to establish reasons/fixes for issues. Additionally, it would be helpful if you would explain where your photo folders are stored (e.g. local internal/external disk, NAS or Cloud).

Have you tried Adobe Bridge? It's free, will allow you to view your files in much the same way as Lightroom Classic and open the raw file directly into Camera Raw.

I had a look at your workflow videos and noticed that you're using the brush tool in cases where the Subject or Object mask would likely be faster and require much less use of the brush tool. Historically, the brush tool used in the fashion and to the extent that you've used it has always been a memory hog due to the way brush edits are cached in memory.

@stephan_7311 Which confirms what @Rikk Flohr: Photography wrote (i.e. that the issue is related to the GPU driver. Note that when you disable GPU acceleration, then Develop module performance will be degraded. Therefore, you should update the driver asap.
