Hi I assume you are using Windows OS on your laptop. Sorry for the trouble. This is a known issue with Office 365(2016)'s latest update. We have logged a bug against Microsoft and are actively following up with them to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks Tanvi

Hi Mike This is a known issue Known issues | Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC Please click on "Select" button on this dialog and proceed to next screen. If you get Grant Access button, click on it. PDF should get created fine. Let us know if you face any other issues. Thanks Tanvi

Hi David Can you please try copy and pasting these files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\WCFirefoxExtn\META-INF to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn\META-INF ? Hi David Please check if you have the following files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn\META-INF in 64bit machine C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn\META-INF in 32 bit machine manifest.mf mozilla.rsa mozilla.sf If not, please update your Acrobat to latest version. Hi Only Acrobat DC supports Office 2016 (Windows). Acrobat XI doesn't support Office 2016. You probably would have modified the registry keys for making Acrobat XI working with Office 2016. Adobe cannot guarantee that the software will indeed work with such kind of registry hacks. Thanks Tanvi
