Hi, Do you face similar issue when you record something locally. Try creating a new project (test project) by doing FMR recording locally and check if the same thing is happening or not. Let me try this with another test project with 60+ slides. The video showed that when you were trying to publish the course you got the warning message, "The File already exist. Do you want to overwrite?", which means that there is already a published file at the location. can you check that location and see if there is already a published file there. If yes, please check if that file contains the .qml file. I also checked that the publishing process actually showed 100% and then you got the error message. Hi Chuck, Is it happening with all the projects/Quiz? Can you please try it with some test quiz. Also try copying all the slides of the project and paste them in the new project and then try to publish it with same preferences. There is no such issue with Captivate not publishing the QML file. Hi, You just add a button in the beginning of the slide, this will pause the project and the project will resume after the user clicks on the button. You can also set the button to pause the slide at the beginning ar after 'x' seconds, where x is the time in seconds. For button, set action as 'Continue'. Hi, Print Widget in Adobe Captivate opens the print dialog box with the default printer preselected in it. It takes the image of the screen or slide, and the image is in accordance with the resolution of your project. If its printing only half of the slide, you can try reducing the resolution of your project, or can try to check some of the printer settings/properties and check if it prints fine. Print widget only takes the image according to the resolution of the project and opens the printer panel for you. Rest everything depends on the printer and its properties. The self paced options works in the aggregator projects if it is enabled in the root projects. Here we tried in different browser (Google Chrome) and it worked. You can try resetting the IE and check if it works in IE again or not. the aggregator project will not show the popup that you normally get in the root project, so if self paced learning is enabled in the root project it will work in aggregator project, without showing that pop up, which will limit your option to reset the course. ... Hi Les, For Stopping fadeout : click on Edit - Preferences - under 'Project' click on 'Start and End' and uncheck 'Fade Out on last slide' For background audio to continue playing even the when the project is paused : place a button and add audio on that button. make sure that button stays for the rest of the slide and if you dont want to show that button, you can make it transparent and change the color to match with the background. For all the buttons to work, add action as 'Execute advanced action' and create an action to open a particular URL/file. Hi, You have to enable 'Self-paced Learning' for all the projects that you add in the aggregator to make one big SWF. To enable 'Self-Paced Learning' open individual project, go to 'Project menu' - Table of content. Check 'Show TOC' and then click on 'Settings' button. form the new dialog box, check 'Self-Paced Learning' and then publish the project.
