Are you trying to save an Animated GIF or a video (.mp4)? To save as Video (for use online): File > Export > Render Video Click Render (it'll default to Adobe Media Encoder, h.264 format mp4). Did you create the GIF animation using Photoshop? In Photoshop you can easily delete the animation frames, from the Timeline panel (Window > Timeline). Select the frame to delete, and then click the trash can icon in the Timeline panel. You can also adjust the timing for each frame using the Timing panel. InDesign does have quite a few dictionaries that install with InDesign, you can associate these with selected text or paragraph styles. (Window > Type & Tables > Character as well as the Control panel Character Formatting Controls provides Language dropdown menu (see screenshot). You can also associate language (and thus use spell checker/dictionary) via Paragraph/Character Styles -- in the Advanced Character Formats section of their respective dialog boxes) ). But it sounds like you might also want to create your own word list to a particular language in InDesign? Which is done through creation of the .udc file you mention. To add your own reusable .udc file to InDesign: Create a text file with all the words in it you want to add. (save as .txt) Choose InDesign > Preferences > Dictionary (in InDesign), and click the New User Dictionary icon below Language. (this will create the .UDC file you were looking for, you must create this before you can add words to it, once that's done you can actually share this file with other users as well). Name the UDC file e.g. AU_Extra.udc (for extra words in Australian English for example) and save it. To add the word list to the UDC file next, choose Edit > Spelling > User Dictionary, and select the Target dictionary to which you want to add the words, click Import, and import the text file you created in step 1. Then finally click Done. NOTE:  IF you don't see your dictionary (.udc) file at this stage... check that the currently active dictionary in InDesign is the same as the language to which you added the user dictionary in step 2. If you are looking to expand the currently available dictionary range in InDesign, you can add Hunspell dictionaries. It's not something you can do with InDesign's preflight settings. However, if there is a consistent requirement that no graphic frame may overlap a text frame, then you could use a script to check this before publishing the document to ensure any occurrences are flagged. I believe you'll need the Middle Eastern version of InDesign for this still (if not relying on third party add-ons), Adobe World_ready Paragraph Composer is included in the non-ME version as well, however the ability to toggle the direction of the text from Left to Right or Right to Left I think only appears on the ME version. Using two text threads makes things difficult I believe. as you'd need to create different Sections for the Day and Week views. I'd opt to create a SINGLE Excel file with all the headers in it. E.g. insert the week ranges in the correct spots, so you can rely on a single import. For the primary text frame (header for date/week range text), ensure that text frame is NOT threaded/linked to other frames on the page. Master page set-up: I'd opt to create a single Master Page with JUST the header frame (Primary text frame) on it, and call this 'header-Base' or something. Then ensure that all the other master pages are BASED on this master page (right now they are based on 'Front Page' it seems??), and  add the additional design elements to additional master pages. Paragraph style set-up: Also I'd ensure that the paragraph style you apply to the text in the header, should have 'Start on Next Page' Keep option enabled To apply the right page designs to your pages: once you've got all the text run-in and pages created, you can then apply the various master pages to page ranges to get the planner design elements added (e.g. week days, to do, schedule notes design elements). ... Basically the commas and spaces are ignored. That is how InDesign handles these, so without amending the Sort Order this issue will persist. I wish that when adding proper names index entries (which automatically adds the comma and space between last name and first name), InDesign wouldn't just 'ignore' them.  I think you'll have to adjust the sort order to fix these, or else run a script on the Index text after you've generated it to sort things correctly. There is a 'Sort Paragraphs' script that comes with InDesign that you could use for that. (Select a range of paragraphs, then run the script).
