Maybe Premiere  Titler does not do what you ( or your editors) want ...exactly the way you want.* Namely ...some way of mis-aligning objects numerically. How would you want this to work without doing some math? If the TItler could shift the pin point of an object..it would then be easier with the existing numerical position parameters.  (Feature Request).  The misaligning will always require some math though.  Cant see anyway around that. So there are at least 3 other ways you could set these Graphic objects up as you wish.  AI.,  Photoshop, After Effects. Each has pixels rulers on screen unlike Ppro Titler.  What ever...All compatible in workflows with Premiere. Pixel Rulers woud be a nice addition to itler ...I agree.
