Kind of important to know the specs of video because that more than anything can affect the program's performance. Open your video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the report it generates and paste it to this forum.

For photos, you can use either PNG or JPEGs, althought for photos JPEGs give you the most bang for the buck. Your photos need not be the same size. How well they produce on a 55" TV depends on your project/sequence settings and the resolution of your output MP4.

I assume you're working on a PC and not a Mac. That said, to return to the program from full screen, just press the ESC button on your keyboard. Are you sure you aren't pressing the End key (which is below the Home button my keyboard). I'm not sure what happens when you click Delete -- other than you're deleting your video.

It depends on what you mean by compatible. What file formats do these programs output? If it's a standard file like a WAV or MP4, you'll have no problem importing the finished file into Premiere Elements.

These are all extremely high end graphics cards, per these benchmark scores. https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html Though Premiere Elements doesn't get a huge boost from graphics power. So any one will be a good investment. Assuming you've got a good processor and RAM load.
