Hi 1. Right click on the download file and choose option Copy Link address 2. Open following website : Web publishing software | Adobe Contribute 6.5 3. Click on Try on right side and sign in to website with your Adobe ID and Password 4. After that Paste the link you copied in Step 1 in the address bar and hit enter It will download the setup. Hi Please follow the steps below : Open DLM log file , location : %temp% - Adobe Download – DLM.log Search for Camera in notepad and there will be a link : http://swupdl.adobe.com/updates/oobe/aam20/win/PhotoshopCameraRaw8-8.0/9.1.60/setup.zip, download the setup file. Hi Something on your system or local network is preventing you from contacting the Adobe servers. Make sure that your hosts file doesn't have  a entry for adobe, and make sure that any firewall or antivirus software isn't interfering. Location of hosts file : %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts Open hosts in notepad and check whether there are any adobe entries or not, if yes, then please rename hosts to hosts.old and try again.
