I'm replying here a half year later, because I agree that this is terrible. It's quite the assumption of Adobe to assume we'd all see that message in time. I didn't use mix often, just when I needed to do something quick on my phone, and I also lost a bunch of fun little projects that I would use to create to content quickly.  When we pay for Creative Cloud we expect so much better of Adobe. There was no reason to remove access to our projects. The app should have been updated one last time to ensure everyone could still download their projects after their arbitrarily chosen end date.  The responses here from Adobe that just repeat the message we missed when we could have done something about it are parthetic, and rubbing salt into the wound. …I guess I was using PS before those choices were accessible… By @birckcmi   Just remember, those aren’t Photoshop controls, they’re macOS controls in the standard Mac folder windows and Open/Save dialog boxes. So if you’ve been using your Mac a lot without using Photoshop, they’ve been there for several years.   However, it turns out I don’t use them much either…my macOS file lists are usually sent to List mode, where the sort order is clearly labeled at the top, so I just click to change the sort order. To answer your question, I actually had to set my window to Column view to remember and figure out how to set the sort order in that view! 🙂   I was surprised that the menu defaults to Group and not Sort. I suppose Apple sees more value in grouping lists than I realize, I might have to understand that too. ... View more

Hi, method 1 made a pigs ear of things, nothing lined up, colours remained same.   method 2 https://www.photoup.net/learn/how-to-match-a-color-in-photoshop how can one judge if the sliders are matching the target image when the target image is a 1inch square on the screen ? Impossible to do at that size. yet that article shows such.   Is there no way sampling the same area of colour in both images can be used to say match that to that and have the brains of Photoshop do it ? trying to fiddle around by eye is somewhat primitive.   Method 3 is about evening up differences in darkness.   My photos have differences in colour, scans from negs, a 4 set panorama across an airfield of grass, taken seconds apart starting off at the evening sky and panning left from it. first is a bit yellowy, the next seems to have gone a bit violet, then the last two are about same and a tad bluey for the grass. The grass thoughout needs to match. Such colour variations can get in during the scan of the neg. I just wish one could set the pipette size to 51x51 or 100 x 100 and click the grass in each shot and have it all marry up colour balance wise. In Raw 17 there is not even an indication of the pipette size for when using the neutral colour pipette. I wish the colour sampler pipette had an indication of size, move it a fraction and the RGB values change. I have been trying to adjust tint to get the one picture match the rgb of the grass in another. but just getting the sample to give the RGB values of the target photo is not easy, it needs to be of an average sample like the pipette in photoshop provides. even that is dodgy as its not 51x51 of the image but of the 'monitor' so if you ar zoomed out it can pick up on adjacent colours !   Merlin ... The original Illustrator document had all logos on the same layer but different artboards/pages. I have updated the Illustrator document to have it organized onto separate layers AND separate artboards/pages but the issue persists. It really ought to be working that way - does on mine, on my Mac. Question - are the things you're selecting on different layers? If so, remember to choose Sample All Layers in your Control Bar. Also, you may want to use the Add To Selection Widget, if the Shift key isn't doing what you want (again, assuming Sample All Layers is on).  ... View more

Of course this works best by assigning a key to run the action from the action panel. With the Cintiq I usually map this to some F-Key plus modifier, so it does not collide with any other command, when I use it from the keyboard, i usually use a bare F-Key, so I just have to do a single keypress. Ive been in this thread and living this problem for years... The so called "correct answer" doesnt fix the issue described in the original post. I didnt unmark it, but I may have if I knew I could... I guess somone else agrees with me and unmaked it. I apologize, you are completely in your right to use which ever version you want of course. And if you can not for whatever reason, is understandable as well, Adobe subscriptions and newer hardware required with newer versions don't come cheap. Hello, Android user here! I was wondering if it was possible to request that Photoshop level of accessibility and layout for the mobile and tablet application that is available for Apple device users to be reflected for Android users. There are many people who use non-apple devices that frequently use Adobe applciations and would like to have that same level of access just like Apple users have.
