I am working on a team project and need to share a rough edit with a audio engineer. He works in Pro Tools. In the past I would just export an OMF from my PP Project. Is there any way to does this from a team project? If not, should I convert my team project to a PP Project > Export the OMF > and then convert back to a team project to keep the flow going? Hello, Our entire teams workflow broke yesterday with the Adobe server outage. We can open teams projects again today, however when you make changes the 'Share my changes' button remains greyed out. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or knows how to fix it? I've got an incredibly important project on the go and can't afford this down time.
At first, such an icon appeared (for me and another TM user) and now endless loading. What happened?
i lost my team project file and i can locate the auto save folder
I just opened a project file that was working fine last night to see that all of the media in it are listed as "Offline: File Missing" with no file path whatsoever. This is a former team project converted back into a regular project, which until today has had no file-linking issues since the conversion a week or two ago. I suspect the file path has become distorted due to this project's former life as a team project, since team projects appear to use a cloud-based media path versus a local one. The following message is listed at the bottom left of Premiere:There are over 7,000 assets in this project, so relinking them manually would be devastating. Any help would be so insanely appreciated. I'm using PP CC Version 12.1.1 (Build 10) on a Mac Pro (Late 2013), OS High Sierra Version 10.13.5.
My team has been using team projects for a couple months now with no problems. Once we switched to cc18, we've been having issues with our media going offline. Footage will go offline seemingly at random and there will be no way to relink it other than replacing it (to which it eventually goes offline again). The weird thing is it only seems to happen on some machines (it will appear online for some, offline for others when we all have the same filepaths). We have tried using the media management panel to solve it but it lists it as unusable media. Our team works off of servers, some run windows 7, some run 10. Anyone have any solutions or is there more information you need from me?
This is specific to team projects. After having Premiere auto-generates a transcription, I edit the transcription and make corrections. When I close the team project and reopen it, all my edits are GONE. Captions edits, however, save ok when reopening. Everything else saves ok as well such as sequence edits etc. I tested a normal non-teamprojects premiere project file saved to my computer, and transcription edits save just fine. There was another post about this issue, but I don't think it was for team projects, just regular project files. I speculate Adobe fixed this issue for non-team project files when moving from beta to 15.4, but in team projects, the issue persists. I'm needing some help trying to troubleshootin what is causing a segment in a team project from saving changes or perhaps reverting to a previous save point. Some how it is affecting the auto save points too. I have a team project that I copied a segment from another project into. It's a segment that we use as a template for a video series. The copy brings with it the assets for the series which are on a creative cloud share to which we usually replace sections of the segment with the new content from the project. After this copy I push the team project updates and proceed to work on it normally. My auto save setting seem to be working normally and I randomly keep pushing shared team updates. After a 4 hour or longer editing session, I push my changes and exit the project. When I come back to the project, the last saved version of the segment has the time stamp when I ended the editing; however, none of the edits I made in those four plus
We are using Premiiere Pro Teams for an interview. The media consists of a proxy video, and two audio tracks. One editor put in the audio mics against a proxy clip and shared with us. We got it - it's fine. The other editor received it and the clips are in place but his audio is about 11 seconds slipped out of synch, globally. Restarting does not cure. Making small changes to the seq or sharing a copy of the seq does not cure it. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this? thanks! [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]

Hello! I've been working on a team project with another editor and I've recently been getting constant auto save errors from Premiere whenever I'm doing coloring work on my footage (specifically whenever I'm adjusting curves from my tests). Although sharing my changes saves my work, I would rather find a solution to this issue so that this doesn't end up causing a much larger problem down the line. I've tried some solutions I found such as changing the auto save folder to another name and making a new team project but neither of these seem to work. If relevant, here are my system specs:OS: Windows 10CPU: 4.5GHz i7-7700kGPU: Titan X (Pascal)RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Hi does anyone have a fix for this issue. I make a project and create it as a team project on a PC, I share it with a Mac user who updates the project. I then come to work on it again - but annoyingly my 'Q' and 'W' (standard ripple delete to playhead) no longer work, and crazily no amount of restoring keyboard setup, going to default keyboard brings it back even re-assigning the function doesn't work. All this despite turning the project back to a non shared local only project. Any thoughts on this? Thanks
Hi, very frustrated by this problem, after successfully using PP Teams for the past year. I launched PP this morning and tried to open a Team Project that our team has been working for over a month and received the "Unssuported Project version" message. Assuming a collaborator updated PPro yesterday, I updated to ver 15.2 and tried again, and received the same message. Every collaborator is now getting the same message, whether they are on 15.2 or 15.1. I've rebooted twice, logged out/in of CC Desktop, but can't open the project, although older projects open with no issue.
I have had two team projects recently appear to lose changes made to segments even though versions show the shared updates. I am using CC Premiere Pro 15.4.1 Build 6 with all my assets for the project shared on CC and during an editing session yesterday I started at 6:15 am then worked through the morning until 11:15. I then sent it to the media encoder and created my video. During that time I pushed shared changes 2 times once at 8:38 and 11:10. I then closed the project and took off for lunch. Coming back an hour later, I open the project and find the shared versions of my segment are from 3 days earlier. When I look at the team versions, I can see 8 versions with my two shared versions at 8:38 and 11:10 but when I look at the segment versions, all of them are all the same. Another concern is that I don't see any auto save points for this project. I understand that the team project is saved locally as cache to keep things fast; however,
My co worker has invited me to their team project in adobe premiere, and the invite simply isn't showing up, he sent me screenshots with my email showing that I've been invited, I've checked manage team projects and there is no invitation, no email, no notification in creative cloud... I'm at a loss here, and I haven't found anyone else with this issue. It seems like there's not reason for me to not get an invite. Very confused.
I'm working on a documentary that has 22tb of footage. I've been editing on a g-speed shuttle, but am now bringing on other editors to help. My goal is to store footage in the cloud so I don't have to send editors new footage everytime we have a shoot. What I've done so far: 1. Proxied all footage - over 1,200 files... sheesh (I changed settings to do this automatically from import now)2. Loaded all the proxy files to google drive (also automated this for the future)3. Downloaded google drive for desktop so I could media map to the proxies4. Converted the project to a teams project. After doing the following steps I tried connecting a computer. I performed the media mapping steps and 90% of footage is still showing a question mark. I'm also getting this error message, "File importer detected an inconcistency in the file structure of.... reading and writing this file's metadata has been disabled." I thought maybe it was an internet connection, but I'm having the same problem w
Hi! I've been having problems accessing my team project. Yesterday I've shared it successfully as I usually, but then when I wanted to access it this afternoon this happens: When I press open, this happens: It just goes on and on like that, never opening. What is this fix to this annoying bug? Thanks! [Moderator note: this has been moved to the best forum.]
Hi guys, So I was working on a Team Project over the past 5 days. My laptop auto shut down and upon restarting, I can't find my sequence, neither is there an autosave file. Please help with suggestions of how I can recover it. Thank you so much. [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
Hi, I am trying to streamline how I work to work with my students video project so I can share without sharing physical files. I teach video editing and production for the military. My students use the entire Adobe suite. Here is what I am trying to do. My students are creating 3 different video products. They use their scratch drive to edit, because they are on Governement computer and our hard drive space gets clogged due top having aproximately 450 students putting large video files and images on their drives. In the past we have had them package their entire Premiere Porject, but of course that takes a lot of time and hard drive space. I tried to use Team Projects to have the access to their project so I can grade their editing skills and their file management. It worked for a few students, but the rest of the class had their projects show up as offline. I followed the directions that Adobe placed online, and it only worked fo
We are running an After Effects Team project and one team member cannot share their changes until all conflicts are resolved. When opening the 'Resolve Conflicts' dialogue box, the conflict type is 'Team Project Settings' and they are only presented with 2/3 options:Keep your versionTake The shared version(Copy and rename your version, then take the shared version is greyed out)We have tried both options and are continually presented with 'Conflict resolution could not be completed.'We cannot share the changes until this is resolved. Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can resolve this? Thanks in advance.Note: We are on iMacs running macOS High Sierra with the latest versions of After Effects.
I am getting an error code -1 and it won't open the project. It askes to open a previous auto save but they all fail as well. I did create a new teams project and imported the files. One of the folder would not import until i went far enough back in time losing a ton of work. Is there a way to recover the work? If not what precautions should I take to make sure this does not happen again. Thanks
Hi, I am a collaborator in a Team Project and I am having problems opening the team project I was working in. When I try to open it again it keeps saying "There is an error opening the auto-save from (time), Do you want to open the previous auto saved version from (time) instead?" The options are "Cancel" or "Open". I click "Open" and it says it again with the previous version and like this millions of times. I tried opening it in another computer and it worked, but I need to work in the original computer (mine). Why is that and how can I fix it? I already tried searching for the autosave files, disconnecting internet, rebooting the router and the computer. The thing is that I didn't share the last changes so I am guessing no one else have my changes, so is not a solution to ask for another person to load the changes. Thank you [Moderator note: moved to appropriate forum.]
Having to abandon Teams in the last few weeks of a feature film edit (premiere). Assistant in another country. Too many crashes, too many unable to autosaves. Too many promises of greatness. No answers from Adobe support. Super disappointed and let down.
We have a couple of questions that experienced users in a team situation might be able to help us with!1. When a project is shared and the resources (4K video files, text boxes, images, etc.) for that project are in the cloud (i.e, Dropbox), is it possible for all people in the team to access those files on their own (local) computer? 2. Will all the text box presets (i.e., text templates, lower bottom corners, animated text boxes, etc.) be available for the team and readily accessed by everyone without having to re-create them locally? 3. Lastly, after we finish a project and have a final product that we distribute, are the entire set of resources needed to re-create that final product (if we had to make small changes) easily accessible? We want the option to be able to "re-master" at a later time, in different languages.
I upgraded to 15.4 for the capitioning function of documentary interviews, which works fine. However, when scrubbing through multi-cam sequences with proxies, the mac crashes. Screens go blank, lose mouse/keyboard, Mac blowers spin up, but audio contimues to play. Requires a forced reboot. This happens frequently. This did not occur with version 15.0, or previous versions of TEAMS. Another thing...the app fails to play some linked audio clips. The play head runs over an edit, plays video but not audio. One must place the playhead at the top of the edit to play audio. This bug occurs with remote TEAMS editors on different machines (Windows) with same project. Very random on which clips play or don't play. Again, this appears to be a 15.4 bug. [MacPro 2010, OS 10.14.6, 2x 3.46 6-core, RX 580, 64GB Ram, PP 15.4 for TEAMS]
