Everything is correct on my account except my email address shows up as my screen name despite my screen name being specified in my profile. Please help.
I spent so much time trying how to start a new discussion on the Adobe Illustrator forum that I actually had to google how to post on the Adobe forums. Luckily I found the following post: Instructions on how to post a question in a forum Down the bottom there is a helpful image of where to click to start a new discussion. This is a terrible user experience. Unless Adobe is trying to discourage users from posting on their forums they really should make this more obvious. Is there a issue report for the Adobe forums them self?
I have several times tried to stop following a thread in the PDF's forum about security issues and i still keep getting flooded with emails from this thread. I used the action within the thread that says stop following but appears to have no effect I still keep getting from 5 to 20 emails daily. Please help!!!!!!!
I have reported spam in the very little used PostScript forum, and nothing has happened. Reports in other forums are generally acted on promptly. Does it depend on moderators happening to visit a particular forum?
how to lock account or delete post
How do I change this??
If you are in the US, you are probably unaware of this, but when you google how to do something in an Adobe product and inevitably get a result from adobe.com, clicking through from another place in the world pups this annoying popup over whatever page you go to: Are you visiting adobe.com from outside your region? Visit your regional site for more relevant pricing, promotions and events. Over time, this becmes a really really really REALLY annoying. You cannot appreicate it if you live in the US like the person who made the popup. Perhaps if it's so important that you put the popup on the site (as opposed to just chaging the way your site works), maybe just stick it up on pages where the visitor is actually looking to buy something, not get support? Or, I dunno, use a cookie to determine that the vistor has been here in the last couple of months (at least) and redirect (still awful).
I've made a typo in this post title, I'd like the word to be changed to "striped" as the current version means something completely different and not really appropriate. I've heard that I can submit a request for assistance here. I couldn't find any way to change it myself. Here's link to the post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-media-encoder-bugs/wavy-stripped-render-when-using-hardware-encoding/idi-p/13919112Thank you
Hello, I've recently made a post (system info copy/paste) in a forum thread but realized that it contains by accident some personal information that I would like to remove, can someone please help as my rank is too low and I'm not allowed to edit the post?thanks
Everytime I try to download and print from a website (One in particular) I continually get an adobe pop-up that is asking me to sign in. When I close the adobe pop-up, it also closes the website platform I'm working on. This is completely unacceptable.
Why i'm not getting any reply notification on my Email? Getting messages on my Community INBOX but nothing on my Email??? Any Suggestions?
How to?
I use enterprise Adobe at my job and I was just prompted to reset my password when logging into Adobe XD. I received a reset code via email, but I also received a text from 201-351-0048. I'm 99% certaint that this is a legitimate text, as it was triggered at the same time as the reset email, but I cannot find any information online about this number, or any information from Adobe stating that this is a number used fir two-step authentication. Obviously, I'm going to repond to this text. Has this happened to anyone else?
show me the community RULES, according to which the topic should be closed if the issue is not resolved it's not the first time my topic is closed without solving the issue!in addition, it does not allow other users to support me by participating in the discussionit seems the moderators here just do what they want...
Is there somewhere in my PROFILE or ACCOUNT where I can track all my posts to the forums for easy access? I have been on chat with Adobe 'customer service' and have received NO HELP whatsoever. The agent seems totally clueless and in over or out of their depth.
In the Email notifications that get sent out you have to include a link to Unsubscribe from that ONE discussion. As it is now if you click on the Unsubscribe link included in the notification email it Unsubscribes you from ALL notifications for the Whole Forum. That might be great for someone that No longer wishes to participate in any Adobe forum activity (which might be me in the near future if Nested replies isn't removed) but doesn't help people that no longer want to recieve emails about the discussion they are no longer interested in and or like me moved a post to the correct forum and then replied to it stating that and have no need to ever get emails about replies to that topic. That link should be Unsubscribe from THIS Topic not the whole forum. Yes I've looked in My follows and have gone through 6 pages and have not found it to Un-Follow. This should be included in the Email notification and the Unsubscribe from the Complete forum notifications be re
Since this topic was closed, I'm writing it as a request. Don't cut down the functionality in the Ideas section! it's very inconvenient when I want to reply to smb's comment & have to quote it manually. Esp. when the topic is full of comments. If I just tag the person, other readers will easily lose the point of the discussion because that comment was somewhere too far on the page. If I quote it manually, it doubles the amount of the text for the viewers. NOT user friendly at all!!! Guess which type of commenting is easier to follow?
Hello folks. I've seen some scattered reports of slowdowns on Adobe.com sites. I'd like to create this discussion to report these here so I can forward them on to the web team. Thanks!
Hello, below is attached a photo of an email I've been receiving. I wanted to verify that it is actually Adobe sending out the survey and not a scammer. I apprecuate the feedback.
Hi I applied to be an Adobe Community Expert, I filled the form and everything This was around a month ago [removed] But I haven't heard anything from Adobe yet Am I missing something?
I just want to confirm with the Adobe team if this email below is legit. Thanks! lkrause114@adobe.com
How do I stop receiving emails from questions that have been resolved? I keep receiving emails and emails that are not longer relevant to me. In one of those emails, at the bottom, there are TWO links to unsuscribe ( manage your notification settings or unsubscribe) but when I click in any of those links it send me to my profile page where there is not a place where I can unsuscribe or change notifications settings.I have looked all over my account and the unsubsribe or change notifications options are not showing anywhere. One would think that such information should be something easy to find, but that is not the case. Please, provide me with detailed info on how to change notifications settings, and on how to stop notifications from a TOPIC that has resolved the issue on hand. Thank you kindly,
Wherr do i find the posts I started?
Once I press bell icon I can see a message : You have earned 10 badges so far! what is this please.
How do notifications work? When I leave a comment, there's a checkboxI want to receive notifications only when smb replies to my comment (or tags me).But I get them after each new comment in the topic, even though it's not mine.Any chance to fix this?
